• Request the deletion of your personally identifiable information;
• Deny us to store your personally identifiable information;

• WooCommerce

  WooCommerce processes all online sales of InforCrypt courses and safely stores your purchase order and purchase information.
  By using our e-commerce platform, you agree with WooCommere's privacy policy.

  Google Analytics collects and processes data of visitors in an anonymous fashion in accordance with the GDPR.

• Facebook

  InforCrypt uses a Facebook Pixel on every page on the infocrypt.com website. This Pixel installs cookies and may use other storage technologies to store and retrieve data on infocrypt.com. This allows us to promote or share pages and/or advertisements on the social network Facebook. This functionality is realized by a code that is provided by Facebook itself. This privacy statement does not apply to these social network websites. We only store information necessary to provide our services and optional information gathering that you have consented to.

Information gathered may be:

• first name and last name
• emailaddress;
• address (street name, no, city and country);
• invoice address;
• phone number;
• answers to quizzes on our academy platform;
• anonymous information regarding the use of our website(s), browser information, screen size, region and locale of your browser, referrer and visitor behaviour;
• user information on our academy platform such as course progress, information submitted by you to complete your profile, and collected InforCoins.

In forms, some information is required (usually marked with an *), this information is necessary to be able to provide you with the desired service.

Other information – not marked with * – may be helpful, but not absolutely necessary. You choose whether to enter data here.

Your personal data is used for a specific purpose (and only for that purpose) with the following legal bases:

• Contact form: to answer your question, give information or execute your command or request.
• Newsletter subscription: to send you an occasional newsletter, to send you with offers or information that may interest you (consent person concerned). This newsletter will only be sent if there are interesting information.
• Purchase form on our webshop: to be able to process your purchase, deliver the desired products and show you other products that may interest you (execution of the assignment and legitimate interest)
• Login details on our web platforms to access the InforCrypt+ platform and other services offered by InforCrypt, access being granted only after identification with a personal account.
• Statistical usage data on InforCrypt+ to make essential and functional elements work that depend on the usage profile of a user, including displaying a student's progress, the answers to questions asked after watching a lesson, as well as refusing or granting access to a next lesson or course based on the progress of the student.

An exception on this is only possible with your explicit consent.

Personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to provide you with the service you activated yourself or for which you gave permission. your personal data will be kept for 1 year after the last use.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. We only use services that process personal data if we have one have a processing agreement with, if they are necessary for our services and information provision and if they can guarantee the secure storage of personal data with a guarantee for your privacy.

Your personal data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose for which you gave permission and provided the personal data (sending newsletter, product purchase, book service…) or if this is required and permitted by law (for example in the context of a judicial investigation).

For example, a third party is engaged for:

During a visit to this website, data is automatically saved about the use of the website. This is only non-personal and anonymous data (for example, your IP address is not tracked). We analyze that information with Google Analytics (read Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics for more info) to improve our website, however no personal information is kept or passed on to Google and other third parties.

In short: functional cookies make our website work better, analytical cookies cookies tell us something about how the website is used. There are no personal data is collected or passed on. The cookies are not used for marketing or advertising.
