Can I share my purchased course?
We advise against this. Our platform is personalised. We detect when multiple people use the same account and may lock that account for breaching our fair use policy.
No. The “online full pack” has a follow-up of trading, shared analyses, news updates, community, live streams and much more. For the “starter pack” here you have access to 1 event and 1 one on one call.
Can I also get physical follow-up with the online course?
Unfortunately, you can't yet. Our offices will be expanding in the coming years. We are currently only located in Belgium.

What is the source of the information I receive in the course?
The source of our information is always indicated above the academy videos.
What if I am not satisfied with the course content.
You can get a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have watched less than 15% of the videos.

Do I need a laptop to follow the lessons?
Not necessarily, you can follow the course on your tablet or cell phone. However, it is advisable to work with a computer or laptop when working with or trading cryptocurrencies.
